Science popularization event
was held at the Tuba Food and Lounge on 15th of September and gathered a nice crowd of interested participants.
The idea of this multidisciplinary event was to popularize scientific phenomena and research. During the evening we heard five short presentations including Thought mistakes of our brain by Pauli Ohukainen, Citizen science by Prateek Singh, Literature in the stream of time by Miika Savolainen, Why carbon is needed in the production of steel by Eetu-Pekka Heikkinen, and Biobanks – better health through research by Pia Nyberg.
Hopefully we can organize something similar also next year.
